No. 8 Essentials earliest product is this range of 100% natural solid perfumes. Each is a complex mix of high quality essential oils, carefully chosen to create a lasting fragrance.
The base is an all-natural mix of plant oils and butters, with New Zealand beeswax. Plus the magical manuka essential oil, giving it a real NZ twist.
Meet the scents:
Frangipani:Frangipani is a fragrant flower that adds a tropical sweet summertime vibe to perfume. Although it is a sweet floral scent, it also brings the tropical fruitiness of pineapple, citrus and coconut, all wrapped in delicate sweet spices. You may also pick up some underlying cedarwood, gardenia, and other scents.
Neroli & Sandalwood:Neroli oil is produced from the blossom of the bitter orange tree. Its scent is sweet, honeyed with green and spicy facets. Sandalwood oil has a distinctive soft, warm, smooth, creamy, and milky precious-wood scent. It imparts a long-lasting, woody base to perfume. You may also pick up some underlying bergamot, ylang ylang, and other scents.
Rose Garden: This is a deep, smoky rose (from several essential oils) - you may also pick up some underlying frankincense, sandalwood, ylang ylang, and others scents.
Spiced Vanilla: A deep vanilla fragrance - spiced up with lemongrass and several gingers.
Spring Bouquet: A beautiful geranium scent with lemon and rosemary, plus a bunch of other herbs.
Sweet Jasmine: A beautifully delicate scent of sweet jasmine, mixed with a wide variety of other essential oils to balance the fragrance.
Method: Apply the perfume like you would a lip balm, lightly rub your finger in the balm and then apply to the desired area - behind the ears and wrists are recommended.
Packaging: The balm comes in a lightweight and endlessly recyclable aluminium tin which is packaged in a cardboard box.
Synthetic Perfume vs. Natural Perfume: Virtually all commercial perfumes rely heavily on synthetic fragrances and many people react adversely to them. While a small number of people can be sensitive to natural ingredients, it is much less common. No. 8 Essentials have met many people that claim to have problems wearing other perfumes, only to try these and not have an issue them.
