We've designed our Refill Academy with newcomers in mind, it's a relaxed and friendly environment where you will learn all there is to know about refilling, ask as many questions as you need, and we can even fill some containers for you to take home if you like.

We'll cover the terms associated with refilling, the various ways that products are dispensed, measured and prices calculated along with good refill etiquette.

Come by yourself for an uninterrupted introduction to refilling or bring a friend or even a whole group - the more the merrier! While you're here, we can also talk you through any of our other product lines that you may be interested in. There is absolutely no obligation to buy, we just ask that you bring your curiosity and some questions!
