Circular Economy in Action

We proudly stock a number of products from local New Zealand producers who actively encourage the return of their packaging for reuse. We collect the packaging (generally glass jars) and when we have a boxful (or two!) we send them all back to the supplier who quality checks, sterilises and reuses the jars, keeping them in circulation for as long as possible. These containers can be reused up to 30 times saving over 30 new jars from being produced and the carbon cost associated with creating and shipping them.
