Recommended uses:
Tea, Coffee, Cold Brewed Coffee, fruit water, soup and smoothies.

Tea:

Remove the lid, pop out the filter, add your fresh tea leaves or tea bag, click filter back into your flask, add boiling water and let the flask do the rest. Can be used for iced-tea too!

Coffee / Smoothie:

Remove the short filter completely, add your most enjoyed instant coffee blend, smoothie or cold brewed coffee, screw lid back into place and enjoy on and go.

Fruit water:

Simply remove the short filter, add your desired fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs, lock the short filter component back into place and allow to infuse.
