This shampoo bar has been formulated specifically for those with curly or hick curly hair or coarse strands with medium thickness curly hair.

Define and hydrate your locks with this Pink Grapefruit scented nourishing hair bar. Not only does it smell divine, it will also last up to 3 times longer than a traditional shampoo bottle. That's between 80 and 100 washes provided that you take good care of your bar. What’s not to love?

The ends of thick and curly hair are generally frizz-prone as a result of natural oils in the scalp being unable to reach the ends of the hair. The organic oils and ratios of cleansing and conditioning ingredients in this shampoo bar have been specifically formulated for this type of hair. Rich proteins that benefit hair health are the added active ingredients.

This shampoo bar has a low foam formulation. The foam it does create is creamier and thicker than other bars in the MiaBelle range.

Directions:

Apply the bar to soaking wet hair, start at the roots and glide down to the ends. A little goes a long way so experiment with how many swipes you need to deposit enough shampoo to work up a lather. Pop your shampoo bar out of way while you gently massage your scalp and hair - you've earned a nice massage and a little relaxation time! Rinse thoroughly. For best results follow with your favourite conditioner bar.

Generally, this hair type does not need a shampoo at every wash. You can experiment between a shampoo wash, a water wash and a co-wash (which involves washing with a conditioner bar only) to find the perfect wash routine for your specific hair type.

Care & Storage:

To get the most out of your bar, keep it as dry as possible between uses. If you only wash your hair a couple times a week it might be worth storing your bar outside the shower so that it can dry properly and will not sweat / deteriorate in the hot, damp shower environment. Store out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry place under 30°C. Choose a bar storage solution that allows for good air flow. We recommend using a Block Dock which you will find here. Taking good care of your bar will result in it lasting up to 100 washes.
