each wrap saves up to 75m of plastic wrap from going to landfill or ending up in our oceans.
Waste reduction techniques have been developed throughout the Honeywrap making process following the reduce, reuse, recycle principles.
Method: Follow these steps and your Honeywrap should last up to a year.
Handwash in cold water with an eco-detergent (please wash before use).
Use the warmth and pressure of your hands to shape your wrap over food and dishes (in colder temperatures you may need to hold for longer).
When stored in the fridge the beeswax hardens further retaining its shape and sealing in the goodness of your food.
Avoid direct sunlight.
Not suitable for dishwashers, microwaves or ovens.
Do not use to cover raw meat.
Ingredients: Honeywraps are free from toxins and are made from natural ingredients; a number of which are by-products. Made with beeswax, tree resin and jojoba oil providing natural preservatives that keep your food fresher for longer.
Packaging: Is kept to a minimum to reduce waste, it is recycled, biodegradable and the wraps themselves can be composted at the end of their useful life in your home compost system.
