Bamboo clothes pegs are an environmentally friendly and sustainable alternative to plastic pegs.
Plastic clothes pegs often make their way onto beaches by falling off the line and getting flushed out to sea with storm water.
These eco-friendly Bamboo clothes pegs are super sturdy and strong and, unlike wooden pegs, won’t stain light coloured clothes due to bamboo’s low tannin content.
Designed in Gisborne to weather New Zealand’s harsh UV conditions.
Quantity:
Each box contains 20 bamboo clothes pegs.

Packaging:
Packaged in a recycled cardboard box.
Why bamboo?
Bamboo is sustainable and eco-friendly becuase it is one of the fastest growing plants in the world (some species grow at a rate of 1mm every 90 seconds!). It is grown naturally without the need for pesticides or chemical fertilisers.
Note:
If you bring your pegs in with your washing these are perfect but if you leave your pegs on the line when you're not using them then we highly recommend our stainless steel clothes pegs range which do not discolour over time. Find them via the links below:
