Compostable natural coconut fibre scrub pads helping to reduce plastic pollution and empower women in rural India through socially responsible manufacturing.

Choosing Safix Scrub Pads eliminates this risk. These natural fibre pads are:
Safix Scrub Pads are a compostable coconut fibre scrub pad providing a great alternative to polyester scrub pads commonly in use today. The Safix scrub pads are made from natural coconut (coir) fibre bonded with a non toxic biodegradable adhesive and are suitable for use on most ‘non stick’ surfaces.
Safix has provided economic empowerment via employment for hundreds of women in rural India who otherwise have little access to employment, education or healthcare.
In addition to the washing up, they are great for cleaning vegetables, the bathroom or anywhere else around the house. Some people use them as a soap 'dish' as they provide good air flow around soap to keep it dry and from wasting away. The scrub pads come in two sizes, regular and large and also as a body exfoliator.
